PALNACKIE
LOCATION
Palnackie is that rarity among villages in that it has managed to retain facilities. It has a primary school, a shop, a tearoom, a pub, a village hall, an art galllery and a working harbour. The site is a greenfield on the south east side. It is frontline to the Urr River and has lovely Souht Easterly views.
CONCEPT
The site has long been identified as suitable for housing in the Local Development Plan. We are now making all the necessary enquiries and thinking the necessary thoughts before submitting a planning application later in the year. This should lead to infrastructure going in during 2025 and some moving-in dates in 2026.
Since it is such a beautiful location, we will work hard to blend the development to the surroundings and optimise the layout to take advantage of the views.
